Cyberbike Assembly Guide

Follow this step-by-step guide to get your new Cyberbike fully assembled and ready to ride.

Follow these steps after unboxing your Cyberbike. Keep your quick-start card handy and watch each video section before performing each step.

Remove all packaging material and inspect the frame, wheels, and components for any shipping damage. Document with photos if anything looks damaged.
Slide the front wheel axle into the fork dropouts. Tighten the thru-axle or quick-release to the specified torque. Check that the rotor aligns with the brake caliper.
Route the stem onto the steerer tube. Align the handlebar level to the front axle. Tighten the stem bolts evenly in a star pattern to 5–6 Nm. Connect the brake and shifter cables if pre-routed.
Pedals are marked L (left) and R (right). The right pedal threads clockwise; the left pedal threads counter-clockwise. Apply a small amount of grease to the threads and tighten to 35 Nm.
Set seat height so your leg is nearly fully extended at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Tighten the seatpost clamp to 5 Nm. Plug in and fully charge the battery before your first ride.
