Super happy with bike. Not only looks really nice but rides really nice. My friend has a $6000 Yamaha and I can't tell any difference between them in ride and quality of components except one ...it's $3000 less!! Powerful motor as well. Brakes work great. 100% happy 😊😊

OK I have had my mullet R now for about six weeks. I live in Sedona Arizona, which is a mountain bike Haven. You have hundreds of miles all sorts of different trails in and through the red rock country. A lot of it is very rocky with stair steps up and down some very challenging. Short climbs. This bike expands my riding gives me more power than my previous Full suspension rear hub trail bike. I’ve had for 10 years. This bike was a big upgrade. One of the things I love about this bike is the throttle. It’s the only full suspension real trail bike. I’ve seen with the throttle. This is awesome for when you just need a little boost you just hit thumb trigger and it thrush you up the hill. I’m riding the large extra large size , and when I climb and hit the trigger, it can actually lift the front end. Like a wheelie. There’s like a subtle floating sensation, which is really cool when you accelerate. I look for many months to get a replacement bike for my old full suspension electric bike. But would’ve got me with this bike of course was the price which is unbeatable for what you get. And the thumb trigger throttle. This bike has opened up all new worlds for me for riding here in Sedona. I think I’m getting about three times the distance out of the battery as I got with my old bike that is just opened up worlds of riding for me, which is very exciting. I highly recommend this bike you won’t be sorry

I'm a 61y/o amputee that rode motorcycles for over 28yrs. Can't say enough good things about this bike. Well packaged...came w/ thumb throttle & dropper seat post already in stalled! Absolute blast since the 1st time I threw a leg over it. About to install an electronic shifter & then I'll be ready to tear it up!

WoW, this ebike is amazing.
The first day I road 32 miles. Mostly along the side of the road. Second day 30 mile. Mostly paved roads and short grass. Suspension off road comfortable and controllable. The seat is so comfortable. Easy to maintain 18 mph with headwind using level 2 on the flats. I weigh 210 lbs.
The hydraulic brakes Work great. One thing I am changing are the tires. To many goat heads were I live.
Hills are no problem.

Early review on my new Mullet. This bike is powerful. Haven’t taken it on the trails yet, but I’m sure it will perform well. I have rode it over 6 miles on the greenbelt & it was flawless. Tried a few steep hills in the neighborhood & it shoots up very easily. We have steep hills. Assembly & customer service are quick. I will post an updated review after my summer rides!

Got the bike had very little assembly to do. Everything worked great on it. Rode it for about 2 hours once I assembled it. Battery was at 65%. Had a blast with it. Took it down to 20%. 1st power lvl lasts a long time. 4th and 5th drained it quick. Did not play with 2nd or 3rd very long. It came with a thumb throttle. Was pleased. I did try it out. It seemed to drain the battery really quick. Would not recommend only using it. The pedal assist was more than addiquit. But I was tired and did use it to get home so that was nice.

Bikes equipment is not that great forks were leaking from the start but customer service is good another set was sent but also the derailer is faulty as well 30 miles on bike chain slap has chipped up my swing arm alot took to a mechanic ni adjustment can be made to tighten chain as derailer springs are to weak seems like the chain is to long for the 8 speed chain length seems to be for mullet 10 speed not cyclone

Great bike, great customer service. I have ridden the bike 33 miles so far and I’m very pleased with the amount of power the bike has and the awesome ride quality due to the air suspension. Seems to be a very quality made bike. Only negative for me is the stand over height is a little higher than the specs. Listed for the bike. The stand over height for my small / medium frame is 30 inches not the 28.5 listed. It’s a tall bike not for shorter riders. I originally ordered this for my wife but it is way too tall for her.

Assembled bite pretty quickly no issues first time on the bike was riding with all specialized and high-end treks full suspension bikes cyberbike held its own on the downhill sections couldn't climb with the big boys struggling the uphill section of the course also got a flat tire 5 mi into the trip very important have to go over every nut and bolt handlebar is almost fell off too but once I got everything tightened up excelled on the downhill sections tough on the climb sections other than that great bite

I ordered two bikes (Cyclones) for my wife and I, both arrived quickly and well packed. Assembly was fast and simple, the bikes ride very well and I'd say are a great value with decent components. I had one of the first that left the factory with loose cranks so they fell off on a short ride. There was a "notice" emailed about a week after they fell off advising the issue with a broken link to the website. A search of the website for the advisory also had no results.
I ordered the Cyberlight Aurora lights on Feb 23th, the website showed "in stock and ready to ship". As of March 8th, still no shipping notification and customer service says they were/are in development and expected in stock mid March. Customer service responds quickly and is helpful, as claimed by the company. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for incorrect inventory claims and failure of quality control to check for loose hardware.

I recently purchased the 2024 Mullet Type R Mid-Drive. WOW! Quality build, confidence inspiring and super capable! The 130N torque mid-drive motor w/ pre-mounted throttle let you get going on steep inclines and provides that extra torque to power through mud, deep sand and inclines! Simply stated, this bike opens up trails to me that I could not otherwise even consider. I'm just super happy with this bike - and the service! My charger went bad and was immediately replaced NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you are considering an e-mountain bike, at just $2,499 with thumb throttle, dropper seat post, triple beam headlamps (not to mention all the name brand components) you would be making a big mistake not to take this Cyberbike seriously.

I received my Cyberbike Mullet today and it took 10 minutes to assemble. My first ride was power and control. I love this bike. Khaled was so nice to work with and very helpful in my purchase. Cyberbike you guys were beyond my expectations. Plan on buying 2 more really soon. I will recommend you to all my mountain bike friends !!!

I'm an experienced motocross racer and I'm aware of off road technology. My buddies who ride MTN Bikes had nothing but positive comments when showing pics and specs. With that said, I purchased the Cyclone and never looked back. Great ergonomics and handling also good for those trying to get back into the sport, the assist helps get you out there again! I'd recommend the thumb control and fenders as an option. Customer service handled all my concerns immediately and deivered as promised.
I have a friend ordering one next month!
