What Is Cyberbike Direct Financing?

Cyberbike Direct Financing is an installment payment program offered exclusively by Cyberbike LLC. It is not a loan product, does not involve a third-party lender, and does not require a credit check or application process. Customers pay a deposit at the time of purchase and agree to recurring monthly charges to their saved payment method until the balance is paid in full.

All amounts are rounded to the nearest dollar. Exact amounts for your specific order are displayed at checkout before you confirm.

Payment Schedule

• Your deposit is charged at the time of purchase, before shipment.
• Monthly installments begin 30 days after purchase and are charged automatically on the same calendar date each month.
• All payments are charged to the card saved at checkout. No action is required from you each month.
• You will receive an email receipt after each successful charge.
• The subscription auto-cancels after the final installment has been charged — no action needed.

Financing Fee

Cyberbike Direct Financing involves no APR, no compound interest, and no hidden charges. A flat financing fee may apply to select models (displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm). For models without a financing fee, your total cost equals the sale price. You always see the exact total before paying.

Failed Payments

• Cyberbike uses Stripe Smart Retries to automatically retry a failed monthly charge up to 4 times over the following 8 days.
• If all retries fail, you will receive an email notification with a link to update your payment method.
• Failure to resolve a failed payment within 14 days may result in a hold on future orders.
• Your eBike will not be repossessed for a missed payment. We will work with you to resolve any payment issues.

Updating Your Payment Method

You can update the card on file at any time by logging into your account at cyberbike.com/account. Changes take effect for the next scheduled charge.

Early Payoff

You may pay off your remaining balance early at any time by contacting our support team at Support@Cyberbike.com or calling (855) 274-6564. No early payoff fee applies.

Cancellations & Returns

If you return your eBike under our standard 60-Day Return Policy, all future scheduled payments will be cancelled upon receipt of the return. Your deposit and any installments already paid will be refunded per our standard return policy, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

• Available on all Cyberbike products sold on cyberbike.com.
• Available to US residents only.
• A valid US credit or debit card is required to save on file for recurring charges.
• No minimum credit score. No application process.
