How to Start a Return

Contact our support team before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

1
Contact Cyberbike Support
Email returns@cyberbike.com or contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2
Send Required Photos
Before we issue an RMA, you must provide photos confirming the bike is eligible for return. Ridden bike returns require odometer, full-bike, and component photos.
3
Receive Return Instructions
If the return is approved, Cyberbike will provide return instructions. You are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping unless otherwise approved by Cyberbike.
4
Repack the Bike
Pack the bike securely in its original packaging with all included accessories, charger, keys, tools, manuals, and components.
5
Inspection Upon Arrival
Once the bike arrives back at our facility, Cyberbike will inspect it before issuing a refund. Additional deductions may apply for damage, missing items, or excessive wear.
6
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection, minus applicable shipping costs, restocking or refurbishment fees, and any additional deductions.

Refund Processing Times

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or financing provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Returns Questions

Answers to common questions about our return process.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on standard returns. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. If Cyberbike provides a prepaid return label, the cost of that label will be deducted from the refund. If the return is due to an incorrect item, verified shipping damage, or a warranty-covered issue, Cyberbike may cover shipping costs at its discretion.
Yes, fees are tiered by condition: unopened box = 10% restocking fee; opened box, unridden bike = 20% restocking fee; ridden bike under 10 miles = 40% refurbishment and restocking fee. Additional deductions may apply if the bike arrives with damage, missing items, excessive wear, or poor packaging.
If a bike has been ridden, we require: a clear photo of the odometer showing fewer than 10 miles; photos of both sides of the bike; close-up photos of the frame, fork, rear shock, drivetrain, wheels, tires, display, controls, and pedals; photos of any scratches, marks, wear, or damage; and photos of the original packaging. Cyberbike will not initiate a ridden bike return until these photos are received and reviewed.
If your bike arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact Cyberbike within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the bike, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. Verified shipping damage or incorrect shipments will be handled separately from standard returns.
No. Warranty claims are handled under Cyberbike's warranty policy and are not treated as standard returns. If your bike has a defect or issue covered by warranty, our support team will help troubleshoot and determine the appropriate repair, replacement part, or next step.
