Nice bike for the money. Having issues with forks from the factory. Trying to get it resolved. Talked to a few people but ultimately they took care of the issue. Also responded quickly

Fair price, easy to assemble

I love my 2025 Cyberbike Cyclone RX with 140mm forks. The value of this eMTB is phenomenal. Excellent price for quality components on a frame with latest geometry and design. This bike checked all my boxes with a 130nm torque sensor mid-drive motor, hydraulic brakes, Fox full suspension, and mullet style wheels with Maxis tires. I put 40 miles on the bike in the first week in the neighborhood. Now that I have it all set up the way I like it, will be taking it to the trails next week. Can’t wait! After receiving the bike, I had a couple of questions that the Cyberbike Service Team was very quick to answer and help me resolve. I give 5 stars for the bike and 5 stars for the service received after the sale. I recommend Cyberbike for quality and value.

After contacting the folks at cyberbike, they were extremely helpful and their customer service is amazing. They stood by their product and quickly sent me a replacement motor. They also are available for assistance involving the troubleshooting and resolving any issues as they did in my case with my replacement motor.

I’ve taken this over boulders, jumps, ravines and steep single tracks. It has handled everything. It did so well my brother bought one! He loves it. And great customer service.

So far I’ve put a little over 50 miles on the bike and some pretty technical trails and it’s done absolutely amazing

Super happy with bike. Not only looks really nice but rides really nice. My friend has a $6000 Yamaha and I can’t tell any difference between them in ride and quality of components except one …it’s $3000 less!! Powerful motor as well. Brakes work great. 100% happy 😊😊

I find it useful as an assist on hills, overpasses, and starting thru wide intersections from a stop. Helps me get up to speed quickly.

Bikes equipment is not that great forks were leaking from the start but customer service is good another set was sent but also the derailer is faulty as well 30 miles on bike chain slap has chipped up my swing arm alot took to a mechanic ni adjustment can be made to tighten chain as derailer springs are to weak seems like the chain is to long for the 8 speed chain length seems to be for mullet 10 speed not cyclone

OK I have had my mullet R now for about six weeks. I live in Sedona Arizona, which is a mountain bike Haven. You have hundreds of miles all sorts of different trails in and through the red rock country. A lot of it is very rocky with stair steps up and down some very challenging. Short climbs. This bike expands my riding gives me more power than my previous Full suspension rear hub trail bike. I’ve had for 10 years. This bike was a big upgrade. One of the things I love about this bike is the throttle. It’s the only full suspension real trail bike. I’ve seen with the throttle. This is awesome for when you just need a little boost you just hit thumb trigger and it thrush you up the hill. I’m riding the large extra large size , and when I climb and hit the trigger, it can actually lift the front end. Like a wheelie. There’s like a subtle floating sensation, which is really cool when you accelerate. I look for many months to get a replacement bike for my old full suspension electric bike. But would’ve got me with this bike of course was the price which is unbeatable for what you get. And the thumb trigger throttle. This bike has opened up all new worlds for me for riding here in Sedona. I think I’m getting about three times the distance out of the battery as I got with my old bike that is just opened up worlds of riding for me, which is very exciting. I highly recommend this bike you won’t be sorry

I’m a 61y/o amputee that rode motorcycles for over 28yrs. Can’t say enough good things about this bike. Well packaged…came w/ thumb throttle & dropper seat post already in stalled! Absolute blast since the 1st time I threw a leg over it. About to install an electronic shifter & then I’ll be ready to tear it up!

WoW, this ebike is amazing. The first day I road 32 miles. Mostly along the side of the road. Second day 30 mile. Mostly paved roads and short grass. Suspension off road comfortable and controllable. The seat is so comfortable. Easy to maintain 18 mph with headwind using level 2 on the flats. I weigh 210 lbs. The hydraulic brakes Work great. One thing I am changing are the tires. To many goat heads were I live. Hills are no problem. Buy and have fun !!!!!

Great bike, great customer service. I have ridden the bike 33 miles so far and I’m very pleased with the amount of power the bike has and the awesome ride quality due to the air suspension. Seems to be a very quality made bike. Only negative for me is the stand over height is a little higher than the specs. Listed for the bike. The stand over height for my small / medium frame is 30 inches not the 28.5 listed. It’s a tall bike not for shorter riders. I originally ordered this for my wife but it is way too tall for her.
