Great bike, great customer service. I have ridden the bike 33 miles so far and I’m very pleased with the amount of power the bike has and the awesome ride quality due to the air suspension. Seems to be a very quality made bike. Only negative for me is the stand over height is a little higher than the specs. Listed for the bike. The stand over height for my small / medium frame is 30 inches not the 28.5 listed. It’s a tall bike not for shorter riders. I originally ordered this for my wife but it is way too tall for her.

I recently purchased the 2024 Mullet Type R Mid-Drive. WOW! Quality build, confidence inspiring and super capable! The 130N torque mid-drive motor w/ pre-mounted throttle let you get going on steep inclines and provides that extra torque to power through mud, deep sand and inclines! Simply stated, this bike opens up trails to me that I could not otherwise even consider. I’m just super happy with this bike – and the service! My charger went bad and was immediately replaced NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you are considering an e-mountain bike, at just $2,499 with thumb throttle, dropper seat post, triple beam headlamps (not to mention all the name brand components) you would be making a big mistake not to take this Cyberbike seriously.

I received my Cyberbike Mullet today and it took 10 minutes to assemble. My first ride was power and control. I love this bike. Khaled was so nice to work with and very helpful in my purchase. Cyberbike you guys were beyond my expectations. Plan on buying 2 more really soon. I will recommend you to all my mountain bike friends !!!

Well packaged, can’t beat the component set for the price. Everything is well made and functions as it should. True torque sensor, mid drive bike at this price point is hard to find.

So far I love this bike. Very easy to assemble and easy to tune. Took a bit to zero in on the shock adjustment but well worth the investment! This bike is well worth the investment. I think it is a bargain

I don’t ever write reviews on anything bc it never lives up to the hype but this does and exceeds my expectations. I’m 40 year old fat guy and I’m blowing my In shape son away the real reason I purchased this was to keep up with him and his friends. Don’t think twice if you’re thinking it’s not good enough. I have 60 miles in mine first week all in the woods on black diamond trials and jumps great. Will climb anything!

Bike came well prepared for shipping. One niggle with the dropper post was easily sorted. Came with everything needed and tools. Easy assembly. Highly recommend this well made e-mtb.

I’m an experienced motocross racer and I’m aware of off road technology. My buddies who ride MTN Bikes had nothing but positive comments when showing pics and specs. With that said, I purchased the Cyclone and never looked back. Great ergonomics and handling also good for those trying to get back into the sport, the assist helps get you out there again! I’d recommend the thumb control and fenders as an option. Customer service handled all my concerns immediately and deivered as promised. I have a friend ordering one next month!

I purchased a 2023 Mullet Pro in the spring of 2023 and finally took delivery in August. Like most of you I’d followed the Facebook ads and watched the (few) YouTube videos before making my decision to pull the trigger. The Mullet Pro had all the features I was looking for at a price point no other manufacturer was offering. I anxiously tracked the shipment from China after bugging customer service about delivery delays. When the bike finally arrived, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Build quality was great, packaging was robust, and the ride a blast. Since that time I’ve put over 400 miles on the bike. Approximately half those miles are single track or fire roads in my area. The bike has met or exceeded my expectations for performance and range. Being my first ebike, it takes a while to learn how to optimize gearing with power assist levels to eke out the best mileage. Also, the larger frame and tire size took a bit of getting used to. When you buy a bike, you’re not only getting a product..you’re getting the support of the company behind the product. My 6 months with the bike have not been without issues. A bad weld on the swing arm caused the swing arm frame to detach from the dropout. Dan, the president of Cyberbike, personally took care of this issue and immediately shipped me a replacement. I’ve been dealing with another issue recently and Dan not only quickly responded to my emails and called me to help expedite a resolution. My feeling with regards to complex things like emtn bikes is that it’s not IF things go wrong or need servicing, but WHEN. And Cyberbike has stepped up for me. I look forward to seeing what exciting new bikes the company comes up with in the years to come. The budget emtn bike field is going to get crowded but I have high confidence that Cyberbike’s great product development and commitment to their customers will keep them at the forefront.

I bought a 2022 Mullet Pro for my son, and I have to say, I’ve ridden it more than he has! I love the bike and have finally decided to purchase my own. Cant wait for the Type R to touchdown!!!

This thing amazing even though it doesn’t go that fast it’s still cool. If you bumped the speed up it would be even better.!!!

Great customer service

Just like the title of my review says, this is an Awesome bike, with awesome price, and awesome customer service. I’m in my 50’s now and it’s been over 20 years since the last time I did real mountain biking. I knew that ebike is the only one that can get me riding again, but it is very expensive. Then I saw this Cyberbike in Facebook. First I was hesitant, but I saw a few reviews in youtube and decided to get one. I originally ordered the Falcon, but UPS destroyed it before it can be delivered to me and returned it to Cyberbike. I chatted with Ms Cindy and she gave me a free upgrade to the Bandit and with free throttle. I didn’t say no to that. Again when I got my order, UPS dropped it in front of my door with the box upside down, even though it says fragile and it has an arrow on how to ship it. Fork was damaged. I emailed Cyberbike and Mr Dan replied right away. He sent me a replacement fork already cut to specs with starnut in it. Installed it easily and immediately took it for a ride. This ebike is really awesome. I conquered hills that I can never conquered easily even on my younger days with ease. Throttle is awesome. I used it to accelerate from a dead stop or when my legs gets tired. The suspension system gave it a comfy ride. Battery lasted a long time. So, if you’re reading this review (I know it’s long), and thinking about getting this ebike, think no further and get it before it’s gone. Or just wait for the new models. You will not regret it. Awesome ebike! Awesome price! Awesome customer service. What else can you asked for?

I already had several e-bikes when I noticed the ad for the Mullet Pro. The design was what initially caught my eye. The list of features, honestly, seemed too good to be true. I figured even if some things might be exaggerated, it was probably still worth the $. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my bike. There is a lot of attention to detail and it rides GREAT. The hype is NOT exaggerated at all. The bike was nearly ready to go with very little assembly required other than the dropper post seat. Dan, the company owner was great and really came through for me with a couple of minor issues that came up regarding shipping. This will be my “go to” bike for quite a while.

I got to ride our local trails Monday with 3 young hardcore cyclists for about 30 miles. At first I just hung back in the pack and kept up, trying not to run over anyone. The last 3 mile cool down loop they asked me to lead and Boy did I LEAD. 🙂 I had had enough of following these young bucks all day and let that EVO eat its fill. Had my breathing dialed in along with my shifts and cadence slaloming through the mesquite trees like a Pro. Smoked them ALL by at least 2 minutes. Can’t wait to get some longer travel suspension on this baby for the air time landings and I’ll be dialed…I keep bottoming both ends on the jumps. I have them both pumped to the max pressure but I am a fat ass 200# I have lost 10# though just since I got this bike. Been riding every day… I have over 160 technical hard trail miles on my bike in the last 2 weeks. It will make you want to ride it and it will make you a better rider in better shape.

With no experience riding mountain bikes and limited experience with e-bike rentals, I went shopping for a bike. Retail store options (price and availability) were poor so I shopped online. The Cyberbike Mullet Pro video reviews were informative and the bike was priced well under the retail store bikes so I ordered. The bike arrived via UPS after being shipped from CA. The delivery driver attempted to carry the large bike box on his shoulder and promptly dropped it on the curb. One end of the box was previously torn open. Despite the shipping torture, the bike survived with only minor paint scarring. Assembly was straight forward. The videos posted by Cyberbike are good at explaining how to do this. The only issue was the dropper post diameter is 0.5 mm smaller than the frame so getting a good grip on the post required more force (and a bigger bolt) than the quick release lever could provide. I’m riding paths mowed through meadows at a local preserve – mostly stubble that’s almost impossible to pedal through without power assist, but at power assist level 1, it’s a serious workout. Battery charge lasts through two one-hour rides (about 20 miles total of tough going at PAS 1). I can’t comment on using the Cyberbike on mountain trails yet (that will wait until next year). My steepest rides are through drainage ditches and the suspension does its job. The components (brakes, suspension, and shifter) installed on the bike are working well. With limited experience riding the bike on terrain its designed for, Ill state that it’s a good bike at great price.

I’m a big fan of my bandit cyberbike! Comparable product to your more popular name brand quality bike without the high $$$$. The Cyberbike staff and owner is super helpful and responsive to any questions or needs too. Because of the affordable price we bought 2 bandits instead of 1 more expensive brand so that both my bf and I could shred the trails together. Happy birthday to us!

I LOVE my Cyberbike Mullet! I have upgraded the brakes, the tires, added lights and put a seat dropper on it, and now I have just about the best eMtn bike on the planet! I will eventually add fenders so I can ride in the rain/snow/mud without stripes, but right now it’;s summer so that can wait! If you’re holding back because you haven’t heard of Cyberbike – DON’T! You will not find a better mid-motor electric mountain bike on this planet, and the price is an absolute bonus! Trust me – I looked at just about EVERY eMtn bike out there before making my purchase. NO ONE offers more at this price point than Cyberbike! Just look at her! She’s an absolute BEAUTY!

I bought this Cyber Mullet EVO bike for my wife and she absolutely Loves It! The orange color is very cool! Very nice and very well put together Full Suspension bike. It gets with it also lots of power! We were in contact with Joseph Lawrence who you chat with on their live chat program and he was great! Answered all our questions and helped us a lot with our order! Great Guy! Great Company! We ordered the bike it came from L.A. warehouse. Were in Ventura Ca. ordered a falcon and ups destroyed my bike. the guys at cyberbike were great and got me a new bike. since they are an hour away i decided to go there and pick up my new bike. to my surprise they gave me a free upgrade and let me test ride it there. I’;m very happy with the bike and how it performs I’m just a light to medium trail guy and didn’t want to drop four to five grand on a bike for the type of riding i do. but they do have better bikes for the more technical trails so if you want to get into e mountain bikes check out cyberbike and talk to them they will answer any question you have great guys to deal with.
