Before ordering my Falcon I rented 4 other brands of eBikes. Two hub motor styles and two mid motor bikes. The Hub motor bikes are very heavy and not agile but relatively inexpensive. They use fat tires to make up for the lack of rear suspension. The mid motor bikes were only 250 watts and no throttle which is definitely an essential component and over $5000. I got my Falcon about a month ago and have put about 220 miles of bike path and dirt single track on it. My pedal bike is a Nine RIP 9 with Shimano XT components and is my baseline for comparison . I took some time to dial in the suspension and find it to be responsive in most situations. The brakes are good and do stop well despite being 160mm rotors. The seat is surprisingly comfortable and the reach to the handlebars works for me. My longest single ride has been 32 miles of mostly paved bike path which left 2-3 bars on the fuel gauge. So far I have primarily used Level 1 Pedal Assist and find that it provides plenty of power. I have used the Throttle occasionally to pull away from a stop or power up a whoop in the bike park. There must be a current surge disconnect because several times on very steep uphills the motor has totally shut off under full throttle. The pedal to ground clearance is about 4.5″ versus 6,5″ on my Niner so in a deep single track it is not possible to pedal without terrain interference. I suppose that a Mullet style would have more pedal clearance. If I was doing a lot of single track a Mullet EVO with the 10 speed, 29″ front wheel and bigger brakes would be more desirable but since the National Forest and Parks have banned eBikes from trails and limited use to vehicular roads and trails I will not be taking the Falcon or another eBike to those areas. The construction is solid and the components all work well . This bike is a very good value and I have recommended it to several of my friends .

i never bought anything like this sight unseen however when i received the bike and started to unpack i was very happy with how well it was prepared for shipping. I assembled the bike. It was beautiful. I made some personal adjustments and broke it in, The next day i road around the Neiborhood, Others that have e-bikes soon caught up with me to check out my new bike they were amazed when I told them the cost, weather I’m cruising the strand or hitting the trails the bike does it all. So happy that i found Cyberbike and the choice I made. Well done Cyberbike for making such a fine machine worth every penny. Following my buddy bought the Mullet pro and the Bandit. I recently was looking for e-bike for my wife a beach cruiser type however she likes the way my new Cyberbike rides so I will be ordering one for her. I also would like to mention I Ordered my bike during Covid so there were some unforeseen time delays and when i would call you guys I was always able to talk to someone that was able to answer all my Questions. Hey Cyberbike crew! Had an exceptional 4.5hr ride hitting the hills of SanFran yesterday. Not only does this Mullet tackle the dirt but it also commands the city roads. The steep hills and 25mph winds of SF were a breeze (pun intended) on this beautiful beast. Love this Ebike = hopping curbs, rolling some potholes (SF roads!), keeping up with traffic (this thing can move!), and dodging cars came without issues on this full-suspension mtb. I would highly recommend a full suspension ebike for street riding – super safe and fun! Thanks, Dan and the Cyberbike team – excellent design and killer value (nothing on the market compares).

I have been thoroughly enjoying my new mullet pro from Cyberbike. The motor helps you easily power up the hills, while remaining almost silent, and the suspension absorbs all the bumps on the way down. The last picture is of the display after my first ride. It shows the ride was just over 30 miles (mostly is pedal assistance level 2) with over half the battery still remaining. I haven’t taken it down any serious trails as of yet but I will provide an update when I am able to.

Got my Cyberbike a few months ago and it rocks. I’m getting over 60 miles on a charge with some trail riding and bike path cruising. Easy to assemble and a blast to ride. No complaints with over 500 miles on it

One of the best purchases I’ve made!! Gets me out more, for longer without burning out early on hills, and can now more than keep up with my son-in-law and granddaughter.

I bought my CyberBike a couple of months ago. Nice bike, I felt that (compared to friends who spend $4,000-$5.000 and more for their bikes) it was a very good deal. About 2 weeks ago the control head of the electronics on the bike quit working. I called the company and immediately Dan answered, I asked instead that he ship a new control head. He agreed and 3 days later I had a new control head, and my bike once again works perfectly. Now I should tell you that Dan is the OWNER of the company, he has personally answered every call I have made to CyberBike, and he stands behind his products. He wants us to be happy with our purchase, and he wants his company to grow. Kudos to CyberBike! I recommend them highly!!
